Greensboro is Home
I’m Denise Roth, and I’m running for Greensboro City Council At-Large because this is home. I raised my son here, I built a life here. I’ve been proud to serve, lead, and call Greensboro home.
As Greensboro’s former City Manager, I helped shape the city that we know today. I’ve worked across every department, partnered with every sector, and led through both growth and hard moments. I know its neighborhoods, its challenges, and its potential because I’ve been part of its story—from the kitchen table to the boardroom.
But my experience doesn’t stop at city hall. I’ve served communities across the country and at the highest levels of federal government, including as Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration reporting directly to President Obama. I’ve also worked as an executive with the world’s premiere transportation consulting firm. This role provided me with the opportunity to build partnerships that produced real results for communities across the US. This means that I bring more than just insight—I also bring relationships and a readiness to help Greensboro navigate our next very successful chapter.
This election should not be about rhetoric. Let’s make it about leadership that can deliver. I’m running At-Large because I have the experience, the trust, and the track record to turn momentum into real progress.
